We partner with CTT Portugal to deliver our products safely and efficiently, ensuring a piece of Portugal arrives right at your doorstep!

Shipping Details

Orders within Portugal typically arrive in 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping times vary by location, with delivery in Europe typically taking:
 7-14 business days
 10-20 business days


Please note: International delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance.

✨ If you are ordering during the Christmas holiday season (November - December) please allow for an extra 2 weeks of shipping. We can’t guarantee that orders purchased after the 14th of December will be received by Christmas day.

Do you ship to my country?

We deliver worldwide! Simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and select your country to confirm shipping availability.

What happens if my package gets lost or damaged?

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely. If your package gets lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at lamerrymarie@gmail.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges at the moment.

*If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at lamerrymarie@gmail.com within 24 hours to guarantee the cancellation.

*If the request is done past 24 hours from the order placement we won’t be able to proceed with the cancelation.

The item I wanted is sold out. Will it be restocked?
